Account details, role applications, meal preferences, approximate location for matching and a private host address. Location is requested only when needed for Shabbat matching or nearby-directory sorting.

Hospitality requires warmth, but it also requires privacy, consent, verification and responsible boundaries.
What other users see
A host initially sees the guest’s first name, party size, approximate distance, requested meal, languages and relevant dietary or accessibility needs. The guest does not see the host’s exact address until the host accepts.
Safety rules
Hosts and ambassadors require review. Users must be adults or act through a responsible adult. Harassment, discrimination, coercion, unsafe conduct and unauthorized sharing of addresses result in suspension and investigation.
Location limits
The default 15-minute match is an estimated 1.2-kilometre radius. Roads and barriers may make the actual walking route longer. Confirm the route before Shabbat without exposing a private address publicly.
Retention and deletion
Expired guest requests and precise guest locations should be automatically deleted after the relevant Shabbat plus a short incident-reporting period. Members may request account and location deletion, subject to legal and safeguarding retention requirements.
Emergency limitations
ReJEWenate is not an emergency service. In immediate danger, leave the area and call the local emergency number. Report serious concerns to law enforcement and the appropriate community security organization.
