Do I need ordination?

No. Tracks are for serious lay leaders. Conversion and status questions are referred to a competent Beit Din.

Can I speak for ReJEWenate online?

Only within the published standard. Completing a course does not create a license unless formally invited.

How does SOS relate to leadership?

Leaders help people know where to turn. Training does not make anyone emergency dispatch.

What about Bnei Anusim cases?

Companions may educate and refer. They may not promise conversion, status, marriage, or immigration approval.
